Tartan was woven in Eastern Europe. We keep coming across it especially in Bulgaria. These pillows are from an antique handwoven piece. Cotton velvet back, merino wool fringe. Recycled goose down custom insert. Assembled in Hungary by Dora. Metal zipper made in Hungary. Fringe made in the USA.

Our products are all artisan made, re-crafted, restored, and or mended. Some are irregular, some are stitched and others are just perfect the way they came. Be prepared to be surprised as they are all unique and lovely in their own way.

Each piece comes with a lavender sachet, and hemp cloth patch in a custom made reusable organic cotton bag. Mending your keepsakes allows for less waste.
